We at
C&N Inspections are experienced professionals
who
have examined hundreds of homes for prospective buyers and sellers. Our
principal, Peter Weber, has over 20 years' experience in all phases of
construction, from framing to high-tech HVAC. Licensed by
NACHI (National Association of
Certified Inspectors), we are affiliate members of the New Castle
Country Board
of Realtors and of Cecil County's Board of
Realtors. We are fully insured in the
tri-state area in which we work: Delaware, Maryland, and
Pennsylvania. We specialize in residential and light commercial
properties (multi-unit apartment buildings).
In addition to standard inspections, we offer environmental
testing for septic, water, radon, mold, and air quality. We have a genuine interest in our clients'
safety and well-being and a special interest in first-time buyers. From top to
bottom, we inspect the property for any existing or potential safety hazards
that may exist, and report on them in clear, easy-to-understand language. We also check for problems with the
structural integrity of the property.
We enjoy educating our clients and urge you to be present at
our inspections, during which we can learn about the house together and you will
view the property through impartial, objective, trained eyes. We offer preventive and maintenance tips, and
share knowledge of the home that gives clients control, confidence, and peace
of mind about their decision and negotiations.
Whether you are buying or selling, knowing the condition of the house guarantees
a fair, smooth transaction, especially with today's current high cost of real
estate.
Our advice does not end with the
inspection; you have complementary follow-up for as long as you own your home,
or, as we like to say, you are a "client for life." We understand that buying or marketing a
property is one of the largest financial and emotional investments a client can
make; again, in our words, "Buy or Sell with Peace of Mind."
Accompanying us during the inspection also enables you to
better understand our report, computer-generated with digital photography and
problem areas highlighted on the summary page.
Reports are available on-site following the inspection and tell you
exactly what to expect in both interior and exterior maintenance before you
buy, to avoid all unpleasant surprises.
We request that you call for availability in terms of
advance notice to schedule.
Besides our highly expert staff, how is C&N Inspections
distinguished from other inspectors?
Well-respected in the community, we receive much of our business from
word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied customers and agents, which means a
great deal.
We love our work, and we give it our all. We are totally patient, thorough, analytic,
and detail-oriented, and want to help our clients in any way possible. We keep clients' and agents' concerns
uppermost in mind throughout the entire process. Familiar with the areas we serve, we know
well what to expect.
Our dedication to you and our wish to see you safe and
comfortable in your home are unparalleled-call us today to find out for
yourself why C&N Inspections is your
home inspector!
